Capacitive Touch

My sewing skills have improved which has really boosted my confidence when facing this project. A lot of problems did come forth through out this project, the biggest being when I went to try and control my patches they wouldn't register at all. Even with the help with Deborah and other students my lily tiny just didnt want to register the input. On a brighter note however all of my lights worked the first time and are continuing to work. I just hope that eventually my touch pads work otherwise I will be heart broken and my Minion will suffer from bullying his entire life.

I got my idea for the Minion when we were looking at the packet that Deborah handed out with the little monster in it. I wanted to do that but then got the idea to mix it up a little bit and make something that would be easy but different and then arose this beautiful thing.
Here is Minion Dominion a little before he was completely finished. isnt he adorable?
Here is my little guy about 30% complete. he's not cute yet but he will be.

What I learned from this project is that i need to always make sure that I have enough supplies, I ran out of wire and it really delayed my progress. Also I will definitely make sure to get a lily tiny that does work.
